Hawaii Weather And Climate
Hawaii weather is fantastic, with summer high temperatures below 90°F, and winter temperatures in the mid 60s°F. Humidity is also low over most of the Hawaiian Islands. The mountains have a big influence on weather, with snow possible at the peaks of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa on the Big Island, and Maui's Haleakala. Mount Waialeale on Kauai has the second highest annual rainfall on Earth. These mountains also divide their islands into dry and rainy halves.
Hurricanes are possible in Hawaii, but rare. Tsunami's have also hit Hawaii, causing massive damage and numerous deaths.
